Baby Journal helps authorized adults record care observations and family memories. Use your own email account, protect access to it and invite only trusted, authorized people. Do not upload content you lack permission to use, access another family’s information or interfere with the service.
Baby Journal is a recording tool, not a medical provider or emergency service. It does not diagnose illness, recommend medication doses or determine whether a child is dehydrated or recovered. Consult your care team about health concerns. Journal entries can be incomplete or incorrect; record clinician instructions accurately.
You retain ownership of your content. You authorize us and our service providers to store, process and display it as needed to operate Baby Journal and share it with your connected family. All connected members can edit, delete and export shared content. Removing someone’s access does not remove copies they already saved.
Internet access is required to load and save records. An entry is saved only after the app confirms success. Keep important exports and original photos independently. Baby Journal does not currently provide a backup or recovery service. Lost or deleted records may not be recoverable. Availability can be interrupted by maintenance or service failures.
Free includes core care tracking, family sharing, written memories, care exports and the Health guide. The advertised allowance is 20 family photos for Free and 2,000 for Plus, with up to 12 photos per memory. Plus includes ongoing health-record features. The app shows whether photo limits are active. Family Plus is USD 4.99 monthly or USD 39.99 yearly, plus applicable tax. Where offered, checkout may display a local currency; review the final amount and interval before subscribing.
Payments are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe provides payment receipts and transaction support. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Use Manage billing in Baby Journal or the available Link subscription controls. Plus normally continues through the paid period after cancellation. Contact support if you cannot access cancellation controls.
Cancelling does not delete your journal or account. Existing photos and health records remain viewable and downloadable. Existing health notes can be corrected or deleted; adding new health notes requires Plus. When limits are active, additional uploads pause if the family has reached its Free allowance. A family linked to billing needs support to complete family deletion or ownership transfer.
Our separate Refund policy describes the first-purchase and accidental-renewal refunds. Stripe or Link may provide additional payment remedies. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Paid memberships are offered only in selected billing countries covered by our payment provider’s tax-handling arrangements. Checkout may decline purchases from unsupported countries.
