Can I record a wet and dirty diaper together?
Yes. Select both Pee and Poo for the same logging action. You can also include Feed when appropriate.
Do diaper counts tell me whether my baby is healthy?
No. The counts show recorded events, not a medical assessment. Unrecorded changes won’t appear. Contact your care team about health concerns.
Do I need to download anything?
You can use Baby Journal in your phone or laptop browser. Internet access is required to load and save records. The app offers English, Spanish, and French.
