Can I use this beyond the newborn days?
Yes. Keep memories and care records as your child grows. Family Plus adds ongoing health journaling, doctor-visit notes, and illness and recovery timelines.
Do I need to download an app?
Open Baby Journal in your browser. You can add it to your phone’s home screen for easy access. Internet access is required to load and save records.
Who can see our journal?
Your connected family members can view and manage shared records. No hospital receives your records through this version. Only connect people you trust.
Can I save my own copies?
You can export care records and written memories. Keep your original photos and export important records regularly. Baby Journal does not currently provide a backup or recovery service.
Can I cancel Family Plus?
Yes, through Manage billing in your Family tab. Access continues through the paid period. Existing photos and health notes stay viewable and downloadable after cancellation. See our terms and refund policy for details.
